Check grill model and input voltage

Verify your grill uses a 12V 10A input and matches the listed model numbers such as P-1001 or P-1266 before ordering. Ensure your mains supply falls within the 110 to 250V AC range at 50 or 60Hz for worldwide compatibility. The connector is a male cigarette lighter plug.

Questions about this item

Does the box include everything needed to replace the original GMG grill power cord?

Yes, the package contains one 12V power cord with a male car cigarette lighter plug and two spare fuses, so no extra parts are required for the swap.

The adapter is rated 150W maximum at 12V 12.5A — is that enough headroom for a grill that draws 10A?

The 150W rating provides 12.5A at 12V, which exceeds the 10A draw of compatible GMG models, giving a comfortable margin for peak loads.

With the waterproof aluminium case and 13ft cord, will the adapter handle prolonged outdoor use without overheating?

The aluminium alloy housing is designed for heat dissipation and the built-in overload, over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protections reduce overheating risk during extended outdoor sessions.
