Partition-mounted steel shelf for cubicles

The Basyx VSH24GYGY is a 24-inch wide shelf that hangs directly onto a compatible panel system. It provides an open storage surface inside a cubicle so documents and supplies stay within easy reach. The unit is sold individually in a gray powder-coat finish.

16-gauge steel handles daily office loads

Built from 16-gauge steel with a durable powder-coat finish, the shelf maintains its shape under the sustained weight of binders, equipment and paperwork. High end panels on both sides prevent items from sliding off during regular use. The rigid construction resists sagging across the full width over time.

Upgrades cubicles that lack vertical storage

This shelf adds accessible storage to workstations currently limited to desktop space. The jump is worthwhile when a compatible panel of matching width is already in place and tool-free installation is preferred. It does not suit freestanding desks or panels of a different width.

Questions about this item

Does the 16-gauge steel shelf sag or vibrate when loaded for a full workday?

The 16-gauge steel construction with powder-coat finish is designed for rigidity, and the high end panels add lateral stiffness to resist flexing under typical office loads.

What must I already own to mount this 24-inch shelf?

You need a compatible basyx Verse panel that matches the 24-inch width, because the shelf hangs over the panel top and the supporting panel must be the same width.

Will the shelf fit on older basyx Verse panels I already have?

Yes, it is built for the basyx Verse Panel System, so any existing Verse panel of the correct 24-inch width will accept the hang-on brackets without modification.
