BTI Christie 450 Wh projector lamp

This 450 Wh P-VIP lamp replaces the Christie 003-102385-01 module in compatible projectors. It is built for venues that need a direct-fit replacement with a rated 2,000-hour service life. Buyers who need a different wattage or a non-Christie housing cannot use this unit.

Installation and common issues

The lamp installs by removing the projector’s lamp door, sliding out the old module and inserting the new one until it seats firmly. A frequent problem is forgetting to reset the internal hour counter, which leaves the projector warning of end-of-life prematurely. Dust on the reflector or a loose connector can also cause flicker or shutdown.

Pre-order checklist

Confirm the projector model matches the Christie 003-102385-01 part number exactly. Verify the existing lamp shows the same 450 Wh rating and P-VIP chemistry on its label. Ensure the projector’s lamp-door interlock and air filters are clean so the new module reaches its rated hours.
