12V 2.2Ah AGM replacement battery

The BatteryJack 12V 2.2Ah sealed lead-acid battery uses advanced AGM technology for maintenance-free operation. It serves as a 100% OEM replacement for NP2.3-12, BP2.3-12, GP and GH1222 models. The valve-regulated design ensures rugged, economical performance in compatible devices.

Sealed maintenance-free thermals and power

The AGM construction eliminates the need for water top-ups and reduces gas emissions during normal charging cycles. Valve regulation keeps internal pressure stable, so the unit runs quietly without active cooling. Expected service life spans four to seven years under typical standby use.

Upgrades aging SLA packs in UPS and tools

This battery replaces worn 12V 2.3Ah sealed lead-acid cells in uninterruptible power supplies, alarm panels and portable equipment. The jump is worth it when the original pack no longer holds a full charge or shows swollen casing. It is not suited for applications requiring higher capacity or deep-cycle lithium chemistry.

Questions about this item

How do I install this 12V 2.2Ah battery in my UPS?

Disconnect power, remove the old unit, connect the red lead to the positive terminal and the black lead to the negative terminal, then secure the battery in the compartment.

What maintenance or replacement will this 2.3Ah battery need later?

The sealed AGM design is maintenance-free; after the expected 4-7 year life, replace the whole unit when runtime no longer meets your load requirements.

What limit appears first during a long power cut with this NP2.3-12 battery?

Capacity drops as the discharge rate rises; at the 2.3AH high-rate level, runtime shortens noticeably before voltage reaches the cutoff point.
