12 V 55 Ah AGM Threaded Battery

This 12 V 55 Ah sealed lead-acid battery uses AGM and VRLA technology to deliver spill-proof, maintenance-free power. The threaded terminals provide a secure connection for UPS units and backup systems. It is sold as a 100 % OEM replacement with an expected service life of 4-7 years.

Suitable Uses and Limits

The battery fits UPS devices and standby power equipment that require a 12 V 50-55 Ah block with threaded posts. It is not suited for installations needing a different voltage, a higher capacity, fast-discharge starter currents, or non-threaded terminal styles.

Critical Specification

The decisive figure is the 55 Ah capacity at 12 V combined with threaded terminals; if your equipment specifies a different amp-hour rating or terminal type, this unit will not be a direct replacement.

Questions about this item

Does the battery arrive with cables or mounting hardware, or must those be purchased separately?

The unit is a sealed 12 V 55 Ah AGM block with threaded terminals; cables, brackets or mounting hardware are not included and must be sourced separately.

Should I choose the 50 Ah or the 55 Ah version for my UPS?

The listing now supplies the 55 Ah capacity, which replaces the earlier 50 Ah rating and fits the same threaded terminal footprint.

What does the 90 % gas recombination figure mean for everyday UPS use?

Over 90 % of gas generated during normal float charging is recombined inside the case, so the battery stays maintenance‑free and does not require water top‑ups.
