Ni-MH Pack for XTS Radios

This twin-pack supplies two 7.5 V 3800 mAh nickel-metal-hydride batteries built to the QMB8299-3800 specification. They are intended for users of Motorola XTS 3000, 3500, 4250 and 5000 series portables who need a direct replacement for OEM cells such as NTN8294, NTN8299 and NTN8923 variants.

Drop-Tested Cells Install in Seconds

Each battery slides into the radio battery rail and locks with the standard latch; no tools or soldering are required. The cells are rated to survive six drops from six feet on every face, so rough handling during swap-outs will not damage the pack or interrupt operation.

Verify Radio Model Before Ordering

Confirm that your handheld is an XTS 3000, 3500, 4250 or 5000, or a compatible TETRA MTP-200, MTP-300 or Cosmo unit. The pack will not fit other Motorola series or non-listed models, so checking the exact radio designation avoids an unusable purchase.
