6V 3A Smart Charger for Lead-Acid Batteries
This smart charger handles both 6V and 12V sealed lead-acid batteries using a three-stage process. It is suited for maintaining vehicle, motorcycle or backup-power batteries. The unit accepts 100 to 240V AC input at 50 to 60Hz and delivers up to 3.0A charging current.
Three-Stage Charging with Automatic Shutoff
The charger moves through constant-current, constant-voltage and floating phases automatically. For 6V batteries the constant-voltage window is 7.2V to 7.4V and the float window is 6.7V to 6.9V. Charging stops when the green LED shows the battery is full.
Built-In Safety Protections
Short-circuit, reverse-polarity and over-voltage safeguards protect both the charger and the battery during connection errors. A red LED indicates active charging while a green LED signals completion. The compact housing measures 120.0 x 60.0 x 38.0mm and the unit carries CE compliance.

Questions about this item
What does the 3.0 A constant-current rating mean when the charger is connected to a 6 V battery?
The charger will deliver up to 3.0 A during the bulk phase until the battery reaches 7.2 V to 7.4 V, then switch to a float voltage of 6.7 V to 6.9 V.
What does the 100 V to 240 V AC input range and 50 Hz to 60 Hz frequency rating cap in practice?
The unit accepts worldwide mains voltages from 100 V to 240 V at either 50 Hz or 60 Hz without a selector switch.
Will the 120.0 mm x 60.0 mm x 38.0 mm case fit on a standard DIN rail or wall bracket?
The charger measures 120.0 mm long, 60.0 mm wide and 38.0 mm high; it has no DIN-rail clip, so surface mounting requires screws or adhesive.
