Questions about this item

Which Vertex radios accept this FNB-V113Li battery as a direct replacement?

The battery replaces OEM packs FNB-V112Li and FNB-V113Li and fits the VX-450, VX-451, VX-454 and VX-459 two-way radios.

Will this 7.4 V 2600 mAh Li-Ion pack charge in the original Vertex desktop charger used with older FNB-V112Li cells?

Yes, the replacement is built to the same voltage and form factor so it works with the existing Vertex charger designed for the FNB-V112Li and FNB-V113Li series.

How can I confirm the battery is delivering its rated 7.4 V and 2600 mAh after the first charge cycle?

Measure the pack voltage with a multimeter — it should read close to 7.4 V — and run the radio on a timed transmit/receive test to verify the capacity matches the 2600 mAh rating.
