POWRSTAR 12V 1.2AH SLA replacement

The POWRSTAR 12V 1.2AH sealed lead-acid battery serves as a direct replacement for compatible UPS, alarm and emergency lighting units. Its maintenance-free AGM construction arrives ready to install without electrolyte handling. The 1.05 lb unit fits standard housings that accept the listed cross-reference models. Buyers seeking a dependable standby power source for critical low-draw systems will find it suitable.

Verify voltage terminal layout and dimensions

Confirm that your equipment requires a 12 volt 1.2 AH rating before ordering. Measure the available cavity against the 3.82 length, 1.69 width and 2.19 height figures to ensure physical fit. Check that the terminal polarity and connector style match the original battery exactly. This unit is not intended for cyclic deep-discharge applications or automotive starting duties.

Sealed AGM design runs cool and silent

The absorbed glass mat electrolyte eliminates gas venting under normal float charge, so the battery operates without audible noise or added heat in typical standby use. Self-discharge remains low during extended storage periods. The sealed case prevents acid leakage in any orientation. Expected service life spans four to seven years in standard backup scenarios.
