Wireless Gaming Headset with RGB

The BatteryJack inc. RGB 2.4G Wireless Gaming Headset in black is a stereo headset built for gamers who play across multiple platforms. It connects via 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth or a 3.5mm wired cable to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Mac and mobile phones. A retractable microphone and on-ear controls with a one-click mute button keep communication simple.

Connectivity Limits and Latency

The 2.4G wireless link reaches up to 10 metres barrier-free with an ultra-low 20ms latency for lag-free audio. Bluetooth mode on Nintendo Switch or Switch OLED requires system firmware 13.0.0 or above. Wired 3.5mm connection works universally without firmware constraints. The rechargeable battery delivers up to 15 hours of play and fully charges in 1.5 hours.

Upgrade from Basic Wired Headsets

This headset replaces entry-level wired models that tether you to the controller or lack a detachable microphone. The jump is worth it when you want wireless freedom across console, PC and mobile without swapping headsets, plus breathing RGB lighting and 50mm dual-chamber drivers for richer stereo sound. It is not for buyers who need simultaneous multi-device Bluetooth pairing or audiophile-grade wired fidelity.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2.4G wireless, Bluetooth or 3.5mm wired mode for my setup?

Use 2.4G wireless for the 20ms ultra-low latency link on Switch, PS5, PS4, PC, Mac or Xbox; switch to Bluetooth for mobile devices; plug the 3.5mm cable when you want zero-latency wired audio or the battery runs flat.

What does the 20ms latency figure mean when I am actually playing?

The 20ms round-trip delay is barely perceptible, so gunshots, footsteps and voice chat stay in sync with the action on every supported platform.

How far can I sit from my console or PC with the 2.4G dongle?

The 2.4G link is rated for up to 10m barrier-free, giving you room to move around the living room without drop-outs.
