Replacement Vocollect SR-20 Headset

The BatteryJack SR-20 HD-700-1 is a lightweight single-ear headset built for industrial speech-recognition workflows. It replaces Vocollect SR-20 and SR-21 models and carries an 18-month warranty. The adjustable boom microphone is bi-directional, noise-cancelling and waterproof. A padded ear cup adjusts vertically and horizontally for a secure fit.

Check your device and connector compatibility

This headset is designed for Vocollect T2, T2X and T5 terminals. It uses a screw-type Easy Disconnect connector that locks securely to the device. Verify that your existing terminal accepts this connection style before ordering. The headset is wired with no wireless capability, so the host device must provide the appropriate wired interface.

Integrates into voice-directed workflows

The reversible design allows left or right ear wear, freeing the other ear for ambient awareness in distribution centres. A modular HRS connector joins the headset cable to the device cable, so a damaged lead can be swapped without returning the whole unit. The single-ear coupling keeps the user hands-free while maintaining situational awareness in noisy environments.
