  • Adjustable boom mic cancels noise in extreme environments
  • Waterproof padded ear cup fits either ear comfortably
  • HRS connector allows quick cable replacement on site
  • 18-month battery warranty backs reliable power cells

Built for Vocollect terminals

The SR30 TankSpeech Recognition headset connects to Vocollect T2, T2X, T5 and A500 devices using a screw-on HRS connector that stays secure in industrial and distribution-centre environments. It is made for workers who need reliable voice communication in high-noise, high-humidity conditions. The over-the-ear design fits either side of the head.

Drop-tested durability replaces fragile cords

The headset survives six drops from six feet on every side without breaking or losing power to the radio. A replaceable cable means a damaged lead can be swapped in minutes instead of sending the whole unit for lengthy repair. This upgrade is worth it when downtime from broken cables costs more than the headset itself.

Adjustable comfort for long shifts

Padded, waterproof ear cups move vertically and horizontally to seal out extreme background noise and temperature swings. The flexible boom microphone is bi-directional, noise-cancelling and waterproof. The two-year warranty covers the headset while an 18-month warranty applies to radio batteries.

Questions about this item

What connector does the SR30 headset use to attach to the radio?

The headset uses a screw-type HRS connector that locks securely to the device.

How is the headset fitted and what step is often missed?

Adjust the padded ear cup vertically and horizontally for a snug fit; the reversible design allows left or right ear wear.

Which part will need replacement first and how is it handled?

The cable connects via the HRS interface so a damaged cord can be swapped by ordering a replacement cable without returning the headset.
