Pack of twelve black lanyards

This Baumgartens 68939 set supplies twelve 36-inch black lanyards designed for everyday ID badge use in schools or offices. Each cord is woven nylon with a metal hook fastener that clips securely to a badge or badge holder. The neutral colour suits uniform or dress-code requirements without drawing attention.

Hook fastener and woven cord

The round woven nylon neck cord resists twisting and sits flat against clothing for comfort during long shifts. A simple metal hook allows quick attachment and removal of credentials without extra hardware. Buyers who need breakaway safety releases, retractable reels or printed branding will not find those features in this standard pack.

Questions about this item

How often should the metal hook on the 68939 lanyards be inspected or replaced?

Inspect the metal hook regularly for bending or corrosion; replace any lanyard whose hook no longer closes securely or shows visible metal fatigue.

What fails first on the 36-inch Baumgartens lanyards during continuous daily wear?

The woven nylon cord typically frays at the crimp point before the metal hook deforms, so the neck cord is the first component to show wear.
