Elegant Chiming Wall Clock
The Bedford Clock Collection BED-7710 is a 38 inch chiming pendulum wall clock finished in cherry oak. It suits homeowners who want a traditional decorative centrepiece that also provides reliable timekeeping. The swinging pendulum and golden accents add visual interest to living rooms, hallways or offices.
Wall Mounted With Battery Operation
The case measures 5.00 inches deep by 16.75 inches wide by 38.00 inches high, so it requires a clear vertical surface and appropriate fixings for its weight. No mains wiring is needed, freeing you from routing cables through walls. The clock arrives new and ready to hang once a suitable battery is fitted.
Four Chime Melodies With Sleep Mode
Four distinct chimes mark each new hour, while a sleep mode silences them for a full 12 hour period with a single button press. This lets the clock run continuously without night time disturbance. The mechanism is built for steady long term operation rather than short bursts of novelty.

Questions about this item
How long can the chiming run continuously before the movement needs rewinding?
The clock uses a battery-powered quartz movement so there is no winding required and the chimes will sound as long as the batteries hold charge.
Does the pendulum and chime mechanism produce noticeable noise or heat when the clock runs all day?
The swinging pendulum and chime rods create a gentle mechanical tick and hourly melody but no measurable heat and the sound level is comparable to a traditional wall clock.
What power source must already be available for the BED-7710 to operate?
The clock runs on standard batteries (typically AA or C cells) which are not included, so you will need a fresh set on hand before mounting it.
