Mantel Clock with Chime Modes
The Bedford BED183 is a dark brown wood mantel clock designed for tabletops or fireplace shelves. Its quartz movement requires no winding and runs on three AA batteries. Four selectable chime modes and a volume toggle let you adjust the sound to suit the room. The dial displays Roman numerals for clear readability.
Buyers wanting audible time signals
This clock suits anyone who prefers a traditional chiming piece for a living room, study or bedroom. The volume control makes it adaptable to quiet spaces. Shoppers needing a silent sweep movement, projection display or smart-home connectivity should consider other categories. Battery replacement is the only regular upkeep required.
Quartz movement with four chimes
The maintenance-free quartz mechanism keeps time without manual winding. Power comes from three standard AA cells, which are not supplied. Four distinct chime sequences are selectable, and a toggle adjusts the output level. This combination of reliable movement and adjustable chimes is the deciding specification.
