Compatible 80Wh battery for Blade 15 2018-2019

This 15.4V lithium-ion replacement battery fits Razer Blade 15 models from 2018 and 2019 including GTX 1060, GTX 1070, RTX 2070 Max-Q and RTX 2080 Max-Q variants. It is designed for owners who need a direct replacement for part numbers RC30-0248 or 4ICP4/55/162.

Straightforward swap with correct part check

Installation follows the standard internal battery procedure for these laptops and requires only basic tools. The most common issue is ordering the wrong variant; this unit does not fit Blade 15 2020 models which use the RC30-0328 battery instead.

Limited to specific Blade 15 generations

The battery works only with the listed 2018 and 2019 chassis and will not operate in the 2020 refresh or other laptop families. Buyers who need a battery for a 2020 model or a different brand must source the correct part number for that device.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 15.4V 80Wh battery is working correctly after installation?

The laptop should power on without the charger, show a full charge in Windows, and report the design capacity near 5209mAh in a battery report.

What comes in the box and is any extra hardware needed for the RC30-0248?

The package includes one battery only; no tools, screws or cables are supplied, so reuse the original fixings from the old pack.

Which battery version should I choose for a Blade 15 2018 versus a Blade 15 2020?

This RC30-0248 fits 2018 and 2019 Blade 15 models; the 2020 Blade 15 requires the different RC30-0328 pack.
