BELKIN A8895 Samsung Gala Cable

The BELKIN A8895 Samsung Gala is a USB-C to USB-C cable designed for charging compatible Google Pixel smartphones and other USB-C devices. It delivers up to 40W maximum power output at 5V for fast charging. The 3 ft orange cable features a shock-resistant braided design tested for over 10,000 bends. This new accessory suits users needing a durable, single-cable charging solution.

Check Device Power Requirements

Verify that your device accepts charging at 5V and does not require higher voltage profiles beyond the 40W maximum this cable provides. Ensure your power adapter can supply sufficient wattage for the intended device, as the cable itself does not increase adapter output. The USB 2.0 interface limits data transfer to 480 Mbps, so confirm this speed meets your syncing needs. Buyers needing higher voltage negotiation or faster data standards should consider alternatives.

Bundled Belt Clip Adds Portability

The included Quad-Lock Swivel Belt Clip secures the cable to a belt or bag strap for quick access during travel or daily commutes. This accessory changes how the cable is carried, keeping the 3 ft length tangle-free and ready for immediate use with Google Pixel phones. No additional software, adapters, or charging guides are mentioned in the specifications. The clip is the only bundled item that alters the user experience.

Questions about this item

Does the Belkin A8895 Samsung Gala cable include a power adapter in the box?

The cable is sold as a standalone USB-C to USB-C cable; a compatible power adapter must be purchased separately to deliver the rated 40 W output.

Should I choose the 40 W orange model or a higher-wattage version for my Pixel phone?

The 40 W orange variant matches the fast-charging profile of Pixel phones; select a higher-wattage cable only if you also charge laptops that require more power.

What does the 40 W rating mean when I plug this cable into my Pixel?

With a 40 W charger the cable can supply up to 5 V at the phone's maximum negotiated current, enabling the fastest charging speed the Pixel supports.
