Six-outlet strip for desk or bench

The Belkin BE106000-06-CM provides six NEMA 5-15R outlets on a 1.83 m cord, letting you plug in a PC, monitor and peripherals from a single wall socket. It is built for indoor use where a compact power strip is preferred over a larger UPS unit.

720 J rating handles everyday transients

The 720 joule suppression rating absorbs typical spikes from switching loads or distant lightning, while the 48 kA maximum spike amperage gives headroom for larger surges. It will not protect against a direct strike or sustain equipment through a brownout, so critical servers need a battery-backed UPS instead.

Passive design runs silent and cool

No fan or active circuitry means zero operating noise and negligible heat under normal 120–125 V loads up to 15 A. The 1.02 kg unit sits flat on a desk or mounts to a bench, drawing only the power your connected devices require.

Questions about this item

Will the 6 NEMA 5-15R outlets accept the three-prong plugs on my older desktop and monitor?

Yes, each of the 6 NEMA 5-15R outlets accepts standard three-prong plugs, so your older desktop and monitor will connect directly.

How can I confirm the 720 J surge protection is active after I plug it in?

The unit includes a protection indicator light that stays lit while the 720 J suppression circuit is functional; if the light goes out, the protective components have been exhausted.

Does the 6 ft cord and 6-outlet strip come with any mounting hardware or must I buy that separately?

The box contains only the surge suppressor with its attached 6 ft cord; screws or brackets for wall mounting are not included and must be purchased separately.
