Work-from-home essential

This mouse mover keeps a computer awake and prevents Away status on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, WebEx and similar platforms. A 3D holographic disc spins to move the mouse without any software installation or IT permissions required. The ultra-slim design fits on a desk and supports a wide range of optical mouse sizes.

Practical limits of USB-powered movement

The device operates through a USB connection and uses an optical sensor to detect the mouse placed on its disc. Random left and right rotations at varying speeds mimic natural user behaviour so the activity cannot be detected by monitoring systems. Three selectable motion levels let the user adjust how much movement is generated.

Capacity and headroom

An integrated power button and an auto shut-off timer set to 12 hours provide hands-free operation for a typical workday. The compact dimensions of 3.9116 L x 11.0998 W x 18.0086 H centimetres and a weight of .2 kilograms make it portable between home and office desks. Buyers who need continuous operation beyond the 12-hour timer will have to restart the device manually.

Questions about this item

What are the three motion levels available on this mouse mover?

The device offers Low, Medium and High motion levels so you can match the activity intensity to your workflow.

How does the random movement keep my status active without software?

The disc spins left and right at varying speeds and intervals, mimicking natural mouse use so the OS never registers an idle state.

What connection does the unit use and what limits its placement?

It connects by USB cable, so the mover must sit within cable reach of a powered USB port on the computer or hub.
