15 ft USB-C cable for Pixel phones

This Belkin Samsung Gala cable stretches 15 ft and delivers up to 40 W over USB-C. The orange braided jacket resists tangles and daily bending. It is built for users who need extra reach between a wall outlet and a Google Pixel handset.

Suits single-device charging at a distance.

The 15 ft length lets you charge a Pixel phone from across a room or while lying in bed. Buyers who want to power a laptop and phone simultaneously from one brick should look at something else because this cable carries only one 40 W link.

40 W maximum power output

The cable tops out at 40 W, so it will charge a Pixel phone at full speed but cannot supply the higher wattage some laptops request. Check the power requirement of the target device before buying.

Questions about this item

Will this 15 ft cable charge a Pixel phone at the same 40 W rate as a shorter cord?

Yes, the 15 ft length supports the full 40 W output and 5 A current, so a compatible Pixel charges at the same speed as with a shorter cable.

How can I confirm the E-Marker chip is active after I plug the cable into my MacBook?

The MacBook will show the cable as a 5 A / PD 3.1 capable connection in System Information, confirming the built-in E-Marker is communicating correctly.

Does the two-pack include any power adapters or only the two 15 ft USB-C to USB-C braided cables?

Only the two 15 ft USB-C to USB-C braided cables are included; a compatible USB-C power adapter must be purchased separately.
