What it is and who it is for

A three-pack of USB-C to USB-C cables in orange, each ten feet long and rated for 60 W Power Delivery. They suit anyone who needs long, colour-coded cords for charging and syncing phones, tablets or laptops at home, in the office or while travelling.

The specification that decides fit

The cables carry 60 W at 20 V and 3 A using the Power Delivery protocol, so they only work with USB-C power adapters that support that standard. Buyers who want more power for larger laptops or who only own USB-A chargers cannot use this set.

Installation and common issues

Plug the male USB-C connectors into a compatible charger and device; no drivers or setup are required. The braided cotton jacket resists tangles and is tested to survive over 20,000 bends, but forcing the plug upside-down or using a non-PD charger will prevent fast charging.

Questions about this item

What does the 60 W Power Delivery rating mean when I plug this cable into my laptop?

The cable can deliver up to 60 W (20 V at 3 A) to any USB-C Power Delivery device, so it will fast-charge phones, tablets and many ultraportable laptops that accept that power level.

The cable uses USB 2.0 data lines capped at 480 Mbps — what does that limit in daily use?

File transfers and backups run at USB 2.0 speed, which is fine for documents and photos but slower for large video libraries or disk images.

Each cable is 10 ft long with a cotton-braided jacket — will it reach a wall outlet across the room and survive daily coiling?

The 10 ft length gives plenty of slack for distant outlets, and the braided exterior is rated for over 20,000 bends to resist tangling and wear.
