A 210W replacement projector lamp module with a Philips UHP bulb, ready for installation and rated for 4,500 normal or 6,000 economy hours
This 210W replacement module arrives with a new Philips UHP bulb pre-mounted in its housing, so BenQ projector owners can swap the old unit without handling a bare lamp. It is aimed at home-cinema users, classrooms and meeting rooms that need a genuine OEM-spec light source. Buyers who want a bare bulb for self-assembly or a lower-cost compatible alternative will not find that option here.
In Normal mode the lamp is rated for 4500 hours; switching to Economy mode extends the rating to 6000 hours. Brightness and colour stability will gradually decline as those limits approach, and the projector will eventually prompt for replacement. The module does not support user-adjustable wattage or third-party dimming schemes beyond the projector’s own menu settings.
Because the bulb and housing ship fully assembled, installation consists of opening the projector’s lamp door, releasing the securing screw, sliding the old module out and inserting the new one until it seats firmly. The most common issue is forgetting to reset the projector’s lamp-hour counter, which leaves the replacement warning active. Dust on the housing vents can also reduce airflow and shorten actual life.

The OEM version uses the original Philips UHP 210W bulb, the OEM compatible uses a different OEM bulb, and the third-party compatible uses genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO 9001 standards.
The 210W Philips UHP bulb delivers the designed light output for compatible BenQ models; the projector’s cooling system handles the thermal load.
The module is a direct-fit housing for the BenQ 5J.J6V05.001 part number, so it connects without adapters or firmware changes.
