Wireless 4K presentation system

The BenQ InstaShow VS25 is a wireless conferencing device that streams 4K Ultra HD video at 30 FPS from any HDMI or USB-C source to a room display. It uses dedicated transmitter buttons that plug directly into a laptop or mobile device, removing the need for software installation or network configuration. The receiver connects to the display via HDMI and can also link to a wired network through its RJ45 port. This hardware-only approach keeps meeting start-up fast and consistent across different operating systems.

Suited for meeting rooms needing zero-setup sharing

Teams that want guests to present instantly without installing apps or joining a corporate Wi-Fi will benefit from the plug-and-play buttons and 131.23 feet wireless range. The system supports up to 25 connected buttons, though only one presents at a time, making it practical for small-to-large rooms where multiple people take turns. Buyers who need simultaneous multi-window display, native 4K at 60 FPS output, or integration with a centralised device-management platform should look at other solutions.

4K 30 FPS wireless video spec

The single specification that decides fit is the maximum wireless video performance: 4K Ultra HD resolution at 30 frames per second. If the meeting content includes high-motion video, detailed animation or fast-scrolling data that demands 60 FPS, this model will not meet that requirement. For static slides, documents and standard video playback the 30 FPS ceiling is usually sufficient.
