Ready-to-fit replacement lamp

The BenQ MP735 module ships as a complete 230 W Osram P-VIP bulb inside its housing so installers can swap it without handling a bare lamp. It is built for owners of compatible BenQ projectors who need a direct drop-in part.

OEM-grade bulb and housing

The assembly uses a genuine Osram P-VIP 230 W lamp manufactured to ISO 9001 quality checks covering beam performance ignition voltage and run-time. Buyers who want a bare bulb only or a lower-wattage alternative are not served by this module.

Simple projector swap

The pre-assembled housing lets technicians replace the old unit in minutes by following the projector’s own lamp-door procedure. No alignment tools or firmware steps are required though the lamp timer must be reset manually after installation.

Questions about this item

How many hours will the 230W Osram P-VIP bulb last before I need to replace it?

The lamp is rated for 2,000 hours in Normal mode and 3,000 hours in Economy mode before replacement is required.

Will the 230W Osram P-VIP lamp overheat or shut down during long presentations?

The 230W lamp operates within the projector's designed thermal limits; sustained use simply consumes the rated 2,000 to 3,000 hour lifespan.

How loud is the cooling fan when the 230W Osram P-VIP lamp runs all day?

Fan noise is determined by the projector chassis, not the lamp module itself; the 230W lamp draws its rated power without adding extra acoustic load.
