A new 310 W replacement lamp module with Philips UHP bulb and housing, ready for easy installation in a BenQ MW822ST projector, rated for 2,000 hours normal or 3,000 hours economy use
This 310W projector lamp module matches the original BenQ part number 5J.J6R05.001 and ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing. It is designed for users who need a straightforward, ready-to-install replacement without separate component handling. The unit is not suited for buyers who require a bare bulb without the housing assembly.
The lamp draws 310W and uses UHP technology, delivering an estimated 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode. Operating temperature and acoustic output will follow the projector's built-in cooling design, as the module integrates directly into the existing chassis. No separate power or thermal specifications are provided beyond the rated wattage.
Because the bulb comes pre-mounted in its housing, installation is limited to opening the projector's lamp door, removing the old module and inserting the new one. The supplier notes that each unit undergoes ISO 9001 quality checks covering beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time. No additional software, cables or mounting hardware are included.

Power off and unplug the projector, let it cool, remove the lamp cover, loosen the captive screws on the old module, pull it straight out, insert the new 310W assembly until it seats firmly, retighten the screws, replace the cover, then reset the lamp-hour counter in the menu — skipping the reset is the step most people forget.
The lamp is rated for 2000 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode; when brightness drops or the replacement warning appears, replace the entire 5J.J6R05.001 module — no separate filter or bulb-only change is required.
The 2000-hour normal-mode rating (or 3000 hours in economy) is the first hard limit; after that the projector will warn you to replace the lamp module to maintain image quality and avoid shutdown.
