OEM Replacement Lamp for MX852UST

This new 230W projector lamp module fits the BenQ MX852UST and uses an Osram P-VIP bulb inside a complete housing. It is built for owners of that specific model who need a direct replacement without sourcing separate components.

Plug-in module installs in minutes

The lamp ships fully assembled so you simply remove the old unit and insert the new one; no bulb handling or alignment is required. The only common issue is forgetting to reset the projector’s hour counter after the swap, which leaves the replacement timer inaccurate.

4000-hour rated life at 230 watts

At the rated 4000 hours the lamp delivers consistent brightness for daily classroom or meeting-room use. Heavy all-day operation will reach the limit sooner, and the 230W draw means heat builds quickly in small enclosures without adequate ventilation.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the MX852UST lamp is working correctly after installation?

The projector should display a bright, stable image without flickering; the lamp-hour counter in the menu will reset to zero and begin counting toward the rated 4,000 hours.

What comes in the box and what must I source separately?

The module ships as a fully assembled 230 W Osram P-VIP bulb inside its housing, ready to fit; no extra cables, tools or drivers are required.

Which version of the MX852UST lamp should I choose among the options offered?

Three OEM variants are available — direct from the original bulb maker, the same lamp sold under the BenQ brand, or an alternate OEM source — plus a lower-cost compatible version built with genuine OEM parts; all meet ISO 9001 quality checks.
