A genuine compatible 250W replacement lamp module with housing delivers 2,000 to 3,000 hours of projection life
This 250W P-VIP lamp module ships as a fully assembled bulb and housing for straightforward installation in the BenQ W10000 projector. It is intended for owners who need a direct replacement without sourcing separate components. Buyers who require a bare bulb or a different wattage will not be served by this unit.
Rated output is 250W with a stated life of 2,000 hours in normal mode and 3,000 hours in economy mode. The economy setting reduces power draw and heat output, extending the interval between replacements. No acoustic or thermal specifications beyond the two lamp-life ratings are provided.
The module arrives pre-assembled so the projector requires no additional parts for the swap. Compatibility is limited to the BenQ W10000; other models are not supported. No external ballast, cable or mounting hardware is needed beyond what the projector already supplies.

Power off and unplug the projector, let it cool completely, remove the lamp cover screws, pull out the old module by its handle, insert the new 250W P-VIP assembly until it clicks, replace the cover, then reset the lamp timer in the menu.
Expect 2000 hours in normal mode or 3000 hours in economy mode; the projector will display a replacement warning and brightness will fade noticeably when the lamp reaches end of life.
The 250W P-VIP bulb generates significant heat, so the projector's thermal protection will dim or shut down the unit if ventilation is blocked or filters are clogged during extended use.
