BenQ X3100i 4K Projector Bundle

The BenQ X3100i is a 4K Ultra HD HDR 4LED DLP gaming projector that ships with a QS02 Android TV dongle and an H&A ceiling mount. It targets gamers and home-cinema enthusiasts who want a bright, large-screen experience without a dedicated dark room. The 3300 ANSI lumen output and 100% DCI-P3 coverage keep colours vivid even with some ambient light.

Installation with Included Ceiling Mount

The bundle supplies a ceiling mount so the projector can be fixed overhead without extra parts. Vertical lens shift plus vertical and horizontal keystone correction let you square the image when the unit cannot be centred. A 1.3× zoom gives modest placement flexibility, but rooms needing a very short or very long throw may still find the range limiting.

Check Your Room and Sources Before Ordering

Verify that your ceiling can take the mount and that the throw distance matches the 1.3× zoom range for your desired image width. The Android TV dongle handles streaming apps, yet consoles or PCs will need their own HDMI cables and may require manual HDR tone-mapping setup. Buyers who need lens shift beyond the vertical axis or a motorised lens should note those features are absent.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the projector is delivering the advertised 3300 ANSI lumens after setup?

Display a full-screen white test pattern in a dark room and measure centre-screen illuminance with a calibrated lux meter; the reading should align with the 3300 ANSI lumen specification for a properly performing unit.

Which items ship inside the bundle and what must I source separately?

The box contains the BenQ X3100i projector, QS02 Android TV dongle, remote control, power cord, user manual, three-year warranty documentation and the H&A ceiling mount; any HDMI cables, audio equipment or streaming subscriptions are not included.

Should I choose the ceiling-mount bundle or a projector-only version?

Select the bundle if you plan a permanent overhead installation — the included H&A mount matches the projector’s weight and mounting points. Choose a projector-only SKU only when you already own a compatible mount or intend tabletop placement.
