Compatible MIG gun liner

This 15 ft steel liner fits Bernard BTB MIG guns, Clean Air and FILTAIR fume extraction guns, T-Gun and TGX series, plus legacy Q-Gun and S-Gun models. It supports MIG welding (GMAW) with wire diameters from .035 in to .045 in. The bore measures 15.88 in for smooth wire feeding.

Wire diameter and length limits

The liner accepts only wires between .035 in and .045 in, so it will not work with thicker or thinner consumables. Its fixed 15 ft length suits standard torch leads but cannot be shortened or extended without replacement. The 15.88 in bore diameter sets the maximum internal clearance for the wire path.

Replaces worn or kinked liners

Swap this liner when an existing one shows feed resistance, bird-nesting or visible wear inside the bore. The upgrade is worthwhile whenever wire delivery becomes inconsistent on compatible Bernard-series guns. It does not suit guns outside the listed series or applications needing different wire sizes.
