Berrcom JXB-183 Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer Light Blue

Berrcom JXB-183 Non-Contact Thermometer

This Berrcom JXB-183 thermometer delivers touchless infrared temperature readings in one second. It is designed for adults, children and infants, making it suitable for home and clinical environments. The lightweight, light blue handset operates on battery power and switches off automatically after thirty seconds of inactivity. Three measurement modes cover forehead, room and object temperatures.

Check power source and measurement distance

Verify that two AAA batteries are available as they are not included in the package. Ensure the forehead area is free of sweat, hair or grease before taking a reading to maintain accuracy. The device stores up to thirty-two previous results and toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit. A mute function silences the audible fever alert for quiet settings.

Suits families and clinics needing fast screening

Households and care settings that want quick, hygienic fever checks without probe covers will benefit from the three-colour backlight and alarm system. Buyers who require continuous monitoring, data export or app connectivity should look at alternative devices. The unit is not intended for internal medical procedures or sterile-field use.
