  • Flush-mount design removes bulky adapters from the desk surface
  • USB-C port delivers 20 W fast charging for phones and tablets
  • Fits a standard 2-inch hole for quick installation
  • ETL-listed fire-resistant shell protects devices from overloads
  • 6 ft flat-plug cord reaches distant outlets without tripping hazards

Minimalist Surface Mount Grommet

The BFKK 2 inch USB-C PD 20W Power Grommet installs into a standard 2 inch desk hole to deliver AC power and USB charging without bulky adapters. Its low-profile design sits nearly flush with the surface for a clean look in home offices, conference rooms or classroom tables.

20W USB-C PD and USB-A Outputs

The unit provides a USB-C port supporting 5V/3A, 9V/2A and 12V/1.5A profiles alongside a USB-A port rated at 5V/2.1A. This combination lets you fast-charge compatible phones, tablets or laptops directly from the desktop while leaving the AC outlets free for other equipment.

1500W Maximum AC Rating and 6 ft Cord

The AC circuit is rated for 125V/12A at 60Hz with a maximum output of 1500W, so total connected load must stay within that limit. The attached 6 ft flat-plug extension cord reaches nearby wall outlets but cannot be lengthened or replaced without modifying the unit.

Questions about this item

Will the USB-C PD 20W port or the USB-A 5V/2.1A port wear out first with daily charging?

Both ports are solid-state with no moving parts, so neither wears out mechanically; the limiting factor is the 1500 W total power budget shared across all outlets.

What stops me from drawing more than 1500 W continuously through the grommet?

The unit is rated for 125 V / 12 A / 60 Hz with a maximum output of 1500 W; exceeding that trips the built-in safety system.

Does the 6 ft flat-plug cord or the fire-resistant shell get hot when the grommet runs at 1500 W all day?

The ETL-listed design includes a fire-resistant outer shell and built-in safety system to manage heat at the full 1500 W rating.
