Controls two computers from one DisplayPort monitor, keyboard and mouse at up to 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 HDR with USB 3.0 hub, IR remote and hotkeys
This DisplayPort 1.4 KVM switch lets one keyboard, mouse, monitor and USB 3.0 peripherals control two computers. It supports 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 HDR video and 7.1-channel audio. A metal enclosure provides RF and EMI shielding.
The single specification that decides fit is the 32.4 Gbps DisplayPort 1.4 link, which carries 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz, 3440 x 1440 at 100 Hz, 2560 x 1440 at 144 Hz or 1080p at 144 Hz. HDCP 2.2 and 1.4 are supported for protected content.
Switching is handled by IR remote, front buttons or Scroll Lock hotkeys without software installation. The passive architecture adds no latency or frame processing during extended sessions, so video and USB signals remain stable for hours of continuous use.

You get full-colour 3840 x 2160 at 60 frames per second with no chroma subsampling, so text stays sharp and HDR content plays correctly.
The 32.4 Gbps link caps you at 4K 60 Hz 4:4:4 or 1440 p at 144 Hz; higher refresh rates at 4K would need more bandwidth than the standard provides.
The metal housing sits on the desk and takes two DisplayPort inputs, one DisplayPort or HDMI output, two USB-B upstream cables, plus power; allow room for the IR sensor and front-panel buttons.
