27-Inch Privacy Screen Filter

The BFKK 27-inch privacy screen filter fits 16:9 widescreen monitors with a width of 23 9/16 inches and a height of 13 1/4 inches. It is designed for office workers and professionals who need to keep on-screen data confidential in shared or public spaces. The panel attaches to compatible displays from major brands including HP, Dell, Samsung and Lenovo. Verify your screen's exact width and height before ordering.

Sustained Daily Use

The multi-layered film blacks out the screen when viewed from the side while keeping the display crystal clear straight-on. It continuously reduces glare and blocks UV and blue light during long work sessions. Two mounting options are supplied: clear adhesive strips for a permanent fit or slide mount tabs for screens with a raised bezel. The filter installs in minutes and remains in place for extended periods.

Upgrade From No Filter

This filter adds privacy and eye protection to an unprotected monitor. The jump is worth it when you handle sensitive information in open-plan offices, coworking areas or while travelling. It is not suited for users who need a filter for a different screen size or aspect ratio. Buyers who want a built-in privacy panel on the monitor itself should look at integrated solutions instead.

Questions about this item

Does the 27 inch privacy filter generate any heat or noise when it stays on the monitor all day?

The filter is a passive panel with no electronics, so it produces no heat, noise or power draw during continuous use.

What must my monitor already have for the slide-mount tabs to work?

A raised bezel around the display frame is required for the slide-mount option; otherwise the clear adhesive strips can be used on any flat screen surface.

Will the 598 mm by 337 mm panel fit alongside the older 16:9 monitor I keep as a second display?

Yes, the filter matches the standard 16:9 footprint of 598 mm width and 337 mm height, so it aligns with other widescreen monitors of the same diagonal.
