32 Inch 16:9 Privacy Filter

This privacy screen filter fits monitors with an active display area of 27.9 inches wide by 15.7 inches high. It is designed for users who handle sensitive data in open offices, shared workspaces or public areas. The filter narrows the viewing angle so onlookers see a darkened screen while the user retains a clear, bright image.

Viewing Angle and Light Control

The filter blocks side views from roughly 30 to 60 degrees; raising monitor brightness tightens the angle toward 30 degrees, lowering it widens toward 60 degrees. It filters out 96 percent of UV light and reduces blue light by 65 percent. A reversible design lets you choose a glossy or matte finish, with the matte side cutting external glare.

Exact Dimension Match Required

Compatibility depends entirely on your screen’s active area measuring 708 mm wide by 398 mm high with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Diagonal size alone is not enough to guarantee fit. The package includes both attachment strips and slide-mount tabs plus spare installation kits for secure mounting.

Questions about this item

Will the 27.9-inch width and 15.7-inch height match the active area of my existing 16:9 monitor?

Yes, the filter is designed for displays with an active area of 27.9 inches wide by 15.7 inches high in a 16:9 aspect ratio. Measure your screen's viewable area before ordering.

How can I verify the 60-degree privacy angle is working after I attach the filter?

View the screen from roughly 30 to 60 degrees off-centre; the display should appear dark, while a straight-on view stays bright. Adjust monitor brightness to shift the angle toward 30 degrees.

Does the box include both attachment strips and slide-mount tabs, or do I need to buy a separate mounting kit?

Both attachment strips and slide-mount tabs are included, plus extra installation kits, so no separate mounting hardware is required.
