Three-phase manual motor starter rated 25 A and 690 V AC with push-button operation
The Schneider Electric GV2ME22 is a manual motor starter rated for three-phase supplies up to 690 V AC and 25 A. It suits maintenance teams and panel builders who need local push-button control of motors in industrial or commercial installations.
The unit uses a dark-grey TeSys Deca enclosure and a three-pole push-button operator for direct manual switching. Three poles match three-phase wiring, and the 690 V rating allows connection to standard industrial voltage levels without additional isolation steps.
The jump is worthwhile when an existing starter cannot handle 15 hp at 480 V or 20 hp at 600 V, or when the overload relay must be set to 25 A. It is not for single-phase loads above 3 hp at 240 V or for applications needing magnetic trip curves not offered by this series.

The 690 V AC maximum rating means it can be applied on any system up to 690 V; it does not restrict use on lower-voltage supplies such as 208 V, 240 V, 480 V or 600 V.
The TeSys Deca frame mounts on a standard DIN rail and occupies a compact 3-pole width, fitting in typical motor-control enclosures without extra brackets.
Turn the rotary dial to match the motor full-load current up to 25 A; the common error is leaving the dial at the factory default instead of adjusting it to the actual motor nameplate value.
