AI-powered meetings for small rooms

The BFKK 4K USB Video Conference System is a camera, microphone and speaker bar designed for small and medium conference rooms. It uses Poly DirectorAI auto-framing and presenter tracking so remote participants see the active speaker. NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence technologies suppress background sounds. The unit is certified for Zoom and Microsoft Teams and works with nearly every PC or Mac video application.

Thermal noise and power profile

The all-in-one bar runs from an external power supply and connects to the host via a single USB cable, keeping cabling and heat inside the meeting space minimal. Fanless operation means there is no audible cooling noise during calls. The six-microphone array and stereo speakers are powered entirely through the supplied adapter, so no additional power draw is placed on the host computer.

120 degree field of view

A 120 degree horizontal field of view captures everyone seated around a typical huddle-room table without mechanical pan or tilt. The 4K sensor supports 5x digital zoom for closer views of whiteboards or presenters. Buyers who need a wider angle for larger rooms or dual-camera coverage will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the Poly Studio bar and which step is often missed?

Connect the power adapter, plug the USB cable into the PC or Mac, then open the conferencing app; the step often missed is skipping the power connection and relying on USB power alone.

Which parts will need replacement after extended use?

The built-in stereo speakers and six-microphone array are fixed; no user-serviceable components are listed, so the unit is typically replaced as a whole when performance degrades.

What limit appears first during long meetings?

The 5x digital zoom and 120-degree field of view are fixed optical limits; image detail drops when zoom is pushed beyond 5x during sustained sessions.
