80mm Thermal Receipt Printer with Auto Cutter
This 80mm direct thermal receipt printer includes an automatic cutter and connects via USB, serial or Ethernet interfaces. It supports Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and works with ESC/POS command sets for point-of-sale integration. A cash drawer can be driven directly from the printer. The unit is designed for countertop or wall-mounted use in retail and hospitality environments.
USB Serial Ethernet Connectivity Limits
The printer communicates only through wired USB, serial or Ethernet links; it has no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capability. It cannot be used with Square, PayPal, Grubhub, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, Clover POS or Quebec MEV systems. Chromebooks, phones and tablets are also unsupported, so mobile or cloud-only POS platforms will not work with this device.
79.5mm Print Width and 250mm/s Speed
The printable width is 79.5mm on 80mm paper rolls such as 3 1/8" x 203ft thermal stock. Maximum print speed reaches 250mm/s for high-volume receipt output. The driver package also covers 58mm paper widths, but the hardware is built around the 80mm format. Buyers who need wireless connectivity, mobile app printing or compatibility with the excluded POS platforms should look elsewhere.

What does the 250 mm/s print speed mean for daily use?
Receipts print quickly so queues move faster during peak hours.
How does the Ethernet interface limit where I can place the printer?
A wired Ethernet cable ties the printer to a network port, so position it near a router or switch.
