Replacement Battery for Alienware 15 and 17

This 99Wh 11.4V lithium-ion pack replaces the original 9NJM1 unit in Dell Alienware 15 R3, R4 and Alienware 17 R4, R5 notebooks. It also fits the 2018 ALW17C-D1758 and ALW17C-D1748 series plus P31E, P69F and related model codes. The six-cell design restores factory runtime for daily work and gaming sessions.

Upgrading from a worn original pack

Swapping a depleted battery that no longer holds charge brings back full mobility without buying a new laptop. The jump is worth it when the old cell count drops below useful levels or when the system throttles due to low voltage. Installation uses the two included screwdrivers and takes only minutes on the listed Alienware chassis.

Limits of the 11.4V six-cell form factor

Capacity is fixed at 99Wh and cannot be expanded beyond the physical bay size. The pack is rated for up to 1000 recharge cycles, after which capacity will gradually decline. It operates only at the specified voltage and cell count, so it cannot serve higher-wattage configurations or models outside the listed compatibility range.
