  • Suitable for bank, hospital, ticket office and service windows

Wired Two-Way Intercom System

The BFKK DS-236 is a wired two-way intercom built for service windows in banks, hospitals, offices and similar venues. It connects a host unit and an extension over an audio cable for immediate, full-duplex conversation without wireless latency.

Built-In Microphone and Shielded Cable

A built-in microphone removes the need for a separate boom mic, saving counter space and allowing the unit to be mounted directly on glass with the supplied adhesive. The four-core aluminium-foil shielded cable resists interference and prevents howling for clearer, more natural sound.

All-Metal Construction for Fixed Installations

An all-metal body provides durability for high-traffic counters, while the simple wired connection means the system runs as soon as the host and extension are linked and the power adapter is plugged in. English documentation includes installation guidance for quick setup.

Questions about this item

Will the DS-236 intercom work with my existing counter wiring?

The DS-236 connects host and extension units with a 4-core shielded audio cable, so it links to your current counter setup through that single wired connection.

How can I confirm the DS-236 is operating correctly after installation?

Power on the host via its adapter, press the talk button, and verify clear two-way audio through the built-in microphone and speaker without howling or delay.

What comes with the DS-236 and what must I source separately?

The package includes the host unit, extension unit, audio connection cable, power adapter for the host, mounting adhesive, and an English manual; no extra items are required for basic operation.
