Window intercom speaker for service counters

The BFKK TW102 is a window intercom speaker designed for counters in hotels, schools and medical centres. It uses an eight-metre shielded cable to reach the external speaker and connects to a wireless microphone for cable-free voice pickup. A flexible microphone neck lets staff set the angle for their height and the window opening.

Suited to fixed-service windows needing reach

This system fits locations where the speaker must sit farther from the base unit and staff prefer to move without a wired microphone. It is not for buyers who need a fully wireless outdoor speaker, a battery-powered portable unit, a multi-zone paging system or a network-addressable intercom that integrates with IP infrastructure.

Sustained use with mute control and shielded wiring

High power input and output maintain loud, clear audio during long operating hours. The four-core aluminium-foil shielded wire resists interference so voice stays natural over extended sessions. A mute button lets staff silence output instantly for private moments without powering the system down.

How does the 8-metre external speaker cable help with existing counter layouts?

How can I confirm the system is transmitting clearly after installation?
