2025 Hydraulic Crimping Tool

The 2025 BFKK hydraulic crimping tool delivers up to 10 ton of crimping force for battery cable lugs and stainless steel wire rope. It ships with nine die sets covering US 12 AWG through 2/0 AWG, a storage case, five spare sealing rings and an instruction manual.

Leak-Resistant Hydraulic System

An upgraded hydraulic system uses a new sealing-ring design to prevent oil leakage during operation. A return valve allows quick pressure release for rapid piston reset, while a rotary on/off button automatically vents pressure at maximum force to reduce operator effort.

Upgrade From Manual Crimpers

This tool replaces hand-operated hose crimpers when repeatable, high-force terminations are needed on battery cables or wire rope. The jump is worth it for technicians who crimp regularly and want consistent results without the fatigue or leak risk of older manual units.

Questions about this item

How do I install the dies on this BFKK crimping tool and what step is often missed?

Use the bayonet design to mount each die set securely; the step people miss is confirming the die clicks fully into place before crimping.

What maintenance will this hydraulic crimper need later?

Replace the sealing rings from the five included spares when they wear to keep the upgraded hydraulic system leak-free.

What limit appears first during sustained use of this 10TON crimper?

The 10TON maximum crimping force is the hard limit; the rotary on/off button releases pressure automatically at that point.
