Converts USB-C, optical and coaxial digital audio to 3.5 mm and RCA analogue outputs with up to 24-bit/192 kHz resolution, 110 dB SNR and 0.003 % THD.
The BFKK K5 Pro is a compact headphone DAC amplifier that converts USB Type C, optical and coaxial digital signals into analogue 3.5 mm and RCA outputs. It targets gamers and desktop listeners who want an external sound card for PS5, PC or Mac and need a single box that also provides a microphone connection and tone controls.
The Texas Instruments NE5532 op-amp circuit is optimised for a low noise floor and clean sound during extended sessions. USB audio runs at up to 24 bit/96 kHz while optical and coaxial inputs accept up to 24 bit/192 kHz, and total harmonic distortion stays at 0.003 % with a signal-to-noise ratio of 110 dB. Output power scales from 1000 mW at 16 ohms down to 80 mW at 300 ohms, so the amplifier maintains controlled delivery across a wide impedance range without thermal throttling.
The unit draws power from the USB Type C port, which doubles as a charging interface, so no external power supply is required. Passive cooling keeps the chassis silent, and the combined volume and power button reduces standby current. Analogue RCA line outputs can feed powered speakers or a separate amplifier without adding audible hiss or hum in normal desktop use.

The K5 Pro has no fan and uses a low-noise Texas Instruments NE5532 op-amp circuit, so it runs silently with negligible heat during extended sessions.
You need a USB Type-C, optical or coaxial source plus either 3.5 mm headphones (16–300 Ω) or RCA cables for powered speakers.
Yes — it delivers 500 mW at 32 Ω and accepts optical input up to 24 bit/192 kHz, so older headphones and legacy optical sources connect directly.
