Heavy-duty boom arm with 38-inch reach
This microphone arm stand provides a maximum horizontal reach of 38 inches and a vertical reach of 37 inches. The boom adjusts 135 degrees back and forth and 180 degrees up and down for flexible positioning. Internal springs hold the microphone steady without bouncing during use.
Desk clamp fits squared edges up to 2 inches thick
The solid clamp secures the arm to flat, squared desk edges measuring up to 2 inches in thickness. A protective sponge pad prevents scratches on the tabletop surface. Curved or slanted desk edges are not compatible with this mounting design.
Supports microphones weighing up to 4.4 pounds
High-quality steel construction increases the tube thickness from 0.39 inches to 0.53 inches for enhanced load-bearing strength. The arm accommodates heavy microphones such as the Yeti and SM7B within the 4.4-pound limit. A 5/8-inch metal connector provides broad microphone compatibility.

Questions about this item
Should I pick the large 38-inch reach model or a shorter arm for my desk?
The large arm extends 38 inches horizontally and 37 inches vertically, so choose it when your microphone must sit far from the clamp; a shorter arm suits tighter workspaces.
What does the 4.4 lb capacity mean when I mount a heavy mic like an SM7B?
The reinforced steel tube (0.53 in thick) and internal springs hold up to 4.4 lb without sag, so an SM7B or Blue Yeti stays fixed at any angle.
Does the 5/8″ thread limit which shock mounts or adapters I can use?
The 5/8″ metal connector fits standard mic threads directly; add a 5/8″-to-3/8″ adapter if your shock mount uses the smaller thread.
