This BFKK pop-up connection box mounts flush in a desk or table surface to bring power and AV connectivity to meeting spaces. It supplies two US-type AC outlets, two RJ45 network ports, HDMI, VGA, USB 2.0 data and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The silver aluminium-alloy lid and recessed iron housing suit office, hotel and home-office installations.

Sustained Use with Multiple Devices

Both AC outlets are UL-listed and rated for continuous operation alongside active data and video links. The RJ45 ports support speeds associated with Category 5e cabling for reliable network throughput. HDMI signal integrity over longer runs follows the supplier's wire-gauge guidance: 28 AWG for 1.5 m, 26 AWG for 5 to 10 m, 24 AWG for 10 to 12 m and 22 AWG for 12 to 15 m; beyond 50 ft a signal amplifier is advised.

Installation Requirements and Common Issues

The panel measures 10.5 by 4.6 inches and requires a cut-out of 8.9 by 4.33 inches, plus four 15 mm mounting holes or a 10 by 4.33 inch counterbore 4.5 mm deep. A rubber grommet in the base protects cables from the metal housing. All connections are female-to-female, so installers must provide matching male cables; the included power cord is only 0.35 m long.
