Portable Presentation Easel

The MasterVision Instant Easel is a collapsible display stand built for professionals who need to present signs or poster boards in meeting rooms, classrooms or trade-show booths. Its lightweight steel frame folds flat for simple storage and transport, while adjustable plastic chart holders accommodate various board sizes. Non-skid rubber feet keep the unit stable on smooth floors during use.

Thermals Noise Power

As a passive mechanical easel, the unit generates no heat, produces no audible noise and draws no electrical power during operation. The durable steel, plastic and rubber construction requires no cooling or external energy source, making it suitable for continuous display in any indoor environment without infrastructure constraints.

Ten Pound Load Limit

The easel supports a maximum load of 10 lbs, which determines whether your signage or poster board falls within the safe working capacity. Heavier displays risk instability or structural strain, so verify the weight of your materials before relying on this stand for critical presentations.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the adjustable board holders on the 61 1/2" steel easel and what step is often missed?

Extend the legs fully until they lock, then slide the plastic chart supports to the desired height and tighten the knobs; the step often missed is ensuring both supports are level before placing the board.

Which parts of the MasterVision FLX04201MV easel will need replacement after frequent folding and transport?

The plastic chart-support knobs and the rubber non-skid feet are the wear items; they can be replaced individually if they crack or lose grip.

What is the first limit reached when a 10 lb sign board is left on this easel for a full-day presentation?

The 10 lb load capacity is the limiting factor; exceeding it risks bending the steel frame or slipping the adjustable holders.
