Number 2 lead is compatible with most standardized tests for school use. High-quality graphite resists smudging and erases cleanly for neat work.

Automatic advance mechanism removes the need for sharpening during long sessions. Clean erasing keeps pages tidy without tearing paper.

Questions about this item

How do you load the 0.7 mm lead into the BIC MPLP241 and what step do people miss?

These pencils come pre-loaded with No. 2 lead, so you simply click the top button to advance it — no manual loading is needed unless you refill later.

Which part of the MPLP241 will need replacing first during regular use?

The 0.7 mm graphite lead and the integrated eraser are the consumable parts; the plastic barrel and click mechanism are designed to last through the full 24-count pack.

What limitation appears first when writing continuously with the 0.7 mm point?

The medium point lays down a consistent line, but the lead will wear down and require clicking to advance, which is the first interruption during sustained writing.
