0.7 mm mechanical pencil 2-pack

The BIC Velocity Max MPMX7P21 pack contains two refillable mechanical pencils with a 0.7 mm medium point. They are designed for everyday writing tasks such as essays, math problems, doodling and note-taking. The pencils use No. 2 lead compatible with most standardized tests and never require sharpening.

Clean erasing and smudge resistance

The graphite writes smoothly and erases cleanly without leaving smudges or traces on the paper. Each pencil features a built-in eraser that is 75% larger than standard versions for extended correction capacity. Clicking the eraser advances the lead instantly during use.

Ready for long test sessions

The automatic advance mechanism keeps the point consistent throughout lengthy standardized tests without interruption. No sharpening downtime means users can fill in bubbles continuously and move between questions efficiently. The refillable design supports ongoing use across multiple exam periods.

Questions about this item

How do I load lead into the BIC Velocity Max MPMX7P21 and what step do people miss?

Remove the eraser cap, insert 0.7 mm lead into the barrel, then replace the cap; the step people miss is seating the cap fully so the click mechanism advances the lead reliably.

What refills will the MPMX7P21 need over time?

The pencils accept standard 0.7 mm lead refills and the erasers are replaceable; both are widely available and keep the pencils writing and correcting cleanly.

How long does the eraser last during a full day of testing?

The erasers are 75% larger than standard ones, giving enough material for extended standardized-test sessions without running out.
