Wireless connectivity

The BIGBIG WON Rainbow 2 Pro is a PC game controller built for players who want cable-free freedom across Windows 10 and 11, Android 7.0 or later, iOS 14.0 or later and Nintendo Switch. It connects through a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle, Bluetooth or a USB cable. A 3.5 mm audio jack is included for headset use.

Build integration

The pad adds four programmable inputs — two rear buttons and two top buttons — that support macro, turbo and remap functions without extra software on the host. Four on-board profiles store those layouts so the controller moves between devices with settings intact. The companion ELITE APP on Apple App Store and Google Play handles RGB lighting, motion control, stick response, trigger behaviour and button mapping in real time.

Sustained behaviour

Hall-effect triggers deliver linear pull for racing titles and short travel for rapid fire in shooters. Adaptive calibration continuously recentres the 12-bit, 2000-plus resolution ALPS joystick to eliminate drift during long sessions. Dual vibration motors offer four intensity levels. Polling runs at 200 Hz over 2.4 GHz wireless and 1000 Hz when wired.

Questions about this item

How long does the 1000 Hz wired polling rate stay stable before heat throttles it?

The controller uses a 12-bit chip with 2000+ joystick resolution and adaptive calibration to maintain centre accuracy; no thermal throttling of the polling rate is mentioned.

Does the dual-motor vibration run hot or loud during all-day sessions?

Four adjustable vibration levels let you reduce motor intensity, lowering both heat and noise for extended play.

Which cable or dongle must I already own to use the 3.5 mm audio jack?

The 3.5 mm jack works whenever the controller is connected — via the included 2.4G dongle, Bluetooth or the supplied USB cable — so no extra accessory is required.
