Ready for Streaming and Production

This BirdDog MAKI Ultra box camera captures UHD 4K60 video and offers a 20x zoom range for flexible framing. It supports NDI|HX2 and NDI|HX3 workflows and provides HDMI, SDI, and USB/UVC outputs for direct connection to platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Exceptional low-light performance and built-in halo tally make it suitable for professional broadcast and streaming environments.

Simple PoE and Cable Setup

Power over Ethernet allows the camera to run from a single network cable, reducing clutter and easing installation in fixed or remote positions. The bundle includes a 6-foot HDMI cable and a 6-foot USB 2.0 cable for immediate connectivity. A remote control and 12 VDC power supply are also provided for alternative powering and operation.

4K60 Capture with 20x Optical Reach

The camera delivers UHD 4K60 resolution over HDMI and USB/UVC, while the SDI output handles up to 1080p60. A 61.2° angle of view combines with the 20x zoom to cover wide scenes and tight details alike. USB 2.0 bandwidth limits data transfer to 480 Mbps, which may constrain the highest resolutions or frame rates over that specific interface. Buyers needing 4K60 over USB or more than 20x reach should consider other models.
