Black aluminium thumb screw with Bitspower logo and 6-32 thread for tool-free PC case access
The Bitspower BP-LATSC632-BK is a black anodised aluminium thumb screw with a 6-32 thread. It is intended for PC builders who want tool-free access to case panels or water-cooling components. The integrated head carries the Bitspower logo for brand consistency. Buyers needing metric threads or different lengths cannot use this item.
The aluminium construction resists corrosion during long-term exposure to humid chassis airflow or liquid-cooling loops. Repeated hand tightening and loosening does not strip the 6-32 threads because the material is softer than the steel standoffs it engages. No moving parts or lubricants are present to degrade over time. The screw simply remains mechanically functional for the life of the build.
The 6-32 Unified Coarse thread fits standard ATX motherboard standoffs, power-supply brackets and fan mounts designed for imperial hardware. It will not engage M3, M4 or other metric threads found on some modern cases or radiators. The head diameter allows finger torque only; high clamping force applications require a hex or Phillips alternative. Compatibility is limited to components explicitly tapped for 6-32.
